Step TWO
Before you have had your first call with me, please fill out my in depth questionnaire. You can also fill out this questionnaire in place of your discovery call if you’re not a phone talkin kinda person.
Step THREE
Once I have received your application, I will be in contact within 24 hours. If accepted, I will include options for payment and a link to set up our on boarding call. During this call (a week before you will start the program) we will set up a game plan for the next three months
